  • The Board's July 17, 2025 GLP-1 guidance states that pharmacy or prescriber compounding of tirzepatide ended February 18, 2025 and semaglutide April 22, 2025 (outsourcing facilities March 19 and May 22, 2025) where products are essentially copies, and that retatrutide and cagrilintide cannot be compounded, with possible summary suspension for licensees who order, sell or administer them.
