Very. We order the pharmacies by lowest to highest price so if you want volume, it’s in your best interest to give us your best prices. However, with the upcoming features like production quantity estimates and the supplier marketplace, our goal is to make the unique value propositions and volume from Affinity worth the margin compression.
Yes currently it is a race to the bottom. However our vision is that it’s not. Currently we’re starting by ordering the drugs from lowest to most expensive pharmacy.
However as our platform collects more data through real world shipping times (not just promised on SLA), ratings and reviews, compliance, quality and efficacy of SKUs, state/locality based expertise, and pharmacy support reliability we will factor all of this into our algorithm that ranks and recommends pharmacies based on a variety of factors. Price will 100% still be a factor forever but won’t be the only one at scale.
Our goal is to bring the best pharmacy to the top based on the objective measurements through real world data. Therefore, our recommendation is to start with providing your best pricing, as your rating increases, we can have conversations to raise your price.
We manage billing. We have one account with you and we collect the payment method and customer relationship with all our clinics and telehealth platforms. We give you prescriber info, patient info, and whatever other info you need to manage the relationship with the account.

Our volume and optionality of negotiation. We’re aggregating volume across dozens of compounding pharmacies and going to dozens of each supplier type (wholesalers, API, 503B, PPE, medical devices, plastics, garbing, etc). This gives us two points of leverage: volume and negotiating optionality. When we’re in the position of negotiation power, we get great prices from the greatest quality suppliers which we pass down to you.
We collect documents that prove their FDA green list, cGMP, NABP verified suppliers that have physically vetted Chinese suppliers, COAs, and active licenses. We publicly display the documents they are willing to share and gate the rest behind supplier approval. For any documents you need, you can request them directly in our portal and with one click they can send them to you.
