  • Since regulations promulgated December 6, 2024 (247 CMR 6.09), nonresident pharmacies must hold a Massachusetts nonresident drug store pharmacy license; those dispensing sterile or complex non-sterile compounded preparations also need a nonresident sterile compounding or nonresident complex non-sterile compounding pharmacy license, with a satisfactory Board inspection before issuance.
  • Unlicensed nonresident pharmacies had to cease shipping into Massachusetts on or after May 1, 2025.
