AffinityRx shortens time to patient by letting clinics pick faster pharmacies and the right shipping method before the order goes out.
- Compare turnaround.AffinityRx shows each pharmacy's turnaround, from about 1 day for some to 5 for others, next to its price.
- Ship the right way.AffinityRx pre-selects the recommended option per SKU, such as cold chain for GLP-1s and other temperature-sensitive items. Clinics can switch to overnight or 2-day.
- Avoid delays from rejections.Sig autofill keeps rejections rare, and automatic failover moves a backordered order to the next favorite pharmacy within 1–2 minutes.
- Track every order.Tracking numbers appear on each shipment in the portal and API. From Q4 2026, in-app status and automatic tracking updates remove manual checking.
Order statuses and webhooks for platforms
AffinityRx reports every status change to telehealth platforms by signed webhook, so engineering teams don't poll pharmacies.
The AffinityRx API returns 11 order statuses (draft, requires_provider_signature, ready, submitted, partially_submitted, processing, shipped, delivered, blocked, cancelled, rejected) and 10 shipment statuses, including label_created, in_transit, out_for_delivery, delivered and delayed. Shipments carry carrier, trackingNumber, trackingUrl, shippedAt, deliveredAt and estimatedDeliveryAt.
Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the affinity-signature header. AffinityRx allows 15 seconds for a response and retries failed deliveries up to 5 times in Test and 9 times in Live; failed events can be replayed.
