View service availabilityYou can access both. We have 24/7 text or call human support which tends to beat pharmacies’ support so we often will help you reach them and handle anything that we can ourselves. However, if you want to talk to the pharmacy support directly, you can too.
No. Feel free to use the other ones. However, after find your platform has better pricing and is simpler to use, most tend to fully switch over.
Not if you don’t want it. Currently we have no extra subscriptions but transparently we do plan to add AI clinical intelligence, improved text and email updates for patients, and more behind a premium membership. However when we launch those, the core platform will still stay free forever and the paid features will be optional to purchase.
No. There is no cost to join. However we have you preload your account with $5000 so you can claim your time and financial savings faster. We make money by negotiating bulk pricing with pharmacies and upmarking our prices to clinics.
